2. Can I cancel my order?
We understand that you may have a change of heart after placing the order.
If the product has not been submitted for fulfilment by us, we can surely cancel the order. However, there is a 4% cancellation fee to cover the transaction processing costs. These charges are not refunded to us by our Payment Gateway if we process a cancellation.
We submit the product for fulfilment within a few hours of receiving your order, so the faster you inform us about the cancellation, the better the chances are for an immediate cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. You must follow our return policy in order to get a refund once you receive the product. Our customer service is here to help you out. Just drop a mail to email@example.com with your order details and we will take care of it.

There are various ways of obtaining the promo/discount codes.

1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping for all our orders.
2. What is order processing time & delivery time?
Order processing time is the taken taken for us to prepare your order for shipping. This is typically 1-3 business days based on the product and its current order volume.
Delivery time is the time taken for the product after it is shipped from our warehouse till it is reaches your lovely home. This varies based on your exact destination and shipping methods & varies from 5-20 business days.

Delivery is free for all orders above 100$.
For orders below 100$, standard delivery fee of 12.99$ will be applicable.
4. Will there be any customs & duties charges?
Cutesy Home does not have any control over these charges, and you may have to check with your local customs office for exact charges.
In most cases, your package might just slip past the custom duty, but if charged, you are liable to pay the charges as per your local law & regulations. Cutesy Home will not bear any charges related to custom duty.
In any case, if the order has not been shipped for more than 14 days, you are eligible for a complete refund. Just email us at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.

1. What is the deadline for returning a product?
All products come with a free replacement warranty for 14 days after the delivered date. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, Or if you've accidentally received the wrong item, or if the item is defective, please drop a mail to us - we will ensure that all your issues are resolved.
2. When am I eligible for a Refund?
You will be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
a) Your order did not arrive after 60 days from purchase.
b) If the product arrived damaged/defective.
For some other cases, you may be eligible for a store credit depending on the reason for return.
3. How can I return a product?
Please follow below guidelines carefully for easy returns without any hassles.

• Name of the products to be returned
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (For reference)
B. Our customer associate will check all the details and reply to your email within 24 hours, and if approved, with a label and the exact shipping cost.
C. Kindly print the mail received with RIN and put inside the package when you ship it.
D. If you have received a shipping label, kindly paste it on top of the package and send it.
E. Once we receive the package, you will receive the refund in 3-4 business days.
Please note that all returned products should be unused (Not worn/washed/altered) and sent strictly according to the above guidelines. You will bear the complete cost of returning the package.
